Bisulfite sequencing of ChIP DNA on a breast cancer cell line

This shows DNA methylation data in the breast cancer cell line HCC1954. Chromatin immunoprecipitation followed by sequencing (ChIP-seq) for histone modification of H3K36me3 for bisulfite-treated DNA in HCC1954 is performed. According to the paper, it is mapped on hg18 for the reference by Bowtie. This data is "ChIP-methylC-Seq on H3K9me3, H3K27me3, and H3K36me3 in breast cancer HCC1954" obtained from the NCBI GEO site.
